A proposed sequence is arrival on overall Day 1, preparation on Day 2, screening on Day 3 and unfinished tests or initial discussion on Day 4. Travel only after hospital confirmation, then reserve individual review, indicated retests and handover in Shenzhen. Complete reports on Day 12 require written hospital agreement. Budget 45–60 clinician minutes per person, or 4.5–6 hours for six guests, with additional interpreting time. Reschedule conflicting Day 10 TCM visits with the hospital; use local options if repeated attendance is needed.

Chinese-coordinated and English-supported versions share the route and adapt to personal interests and mobility. Both confirm original reports, English reports or a clinician's English summary, review/signature and retest instructions. Chinese speakers may still need English medical records. Price cultural guiding, business interpreting and medical interpreting separately.

No unverified selling price is shown. Itemize medical services per person, accommodation per room-night, transport per vehicle/group or ticket, and guiding/interpreting by session. The agreed tourism quote covers specified hotels, transport, guiding periods and listed admissions. International flights, permits, insurance, clinical services, medical interpreting and optional activities are separate. Specify included meals individually; free time does not imply full-day transport or guiding.

Private vehicles cover agreed transfers. Split the planned daily walking into sections with seated breaks every 20–30 minutes; walking budgets are planning estimates, not suitability guarantees. Confirm door-to-door transport times and breaks on longer drives. Provide meeting arrangements and actual emergency contacts for personal time; guides are not medical staff.

Hospital delays: log missing items, reasons, owners, expected dates and contact channels; agree extensions or remote delivery and allocate extra costs in writing. Clinically indicated retests require an explanation of purpose, timing and price. Guest-requested additions receive a separate quote and schedule. Departure does not close unresolved results; hospitals communicate urgent findings directly and promptly.

Submit clinical records and identity documents through authorized hospital or provider channels; coordinators receive only necessary logistics. Verify entry, registration and ticketing against actual documents, purpose and stay length, not ethnicity. Restricted or permission-based locations are not included by default.
