A larger VIP test list is not necessarily more suitable. The worksheet has two versions. The hospital should first assess needs and indications, then confirm the tests, appointment time and quote.
Two versions
The source separates a core package without gastrointestinal endoscopy from one with it. The latter lists upper and lower GI endoscopy. Confirm sedation assessment, pre-procedure tests, pathology, biopsy and any treatment charges separately.
Physician assessments
The worksheet lists an individual lead-physician consultation and neurology, respiratory and cardiology assessments. Confirm clinician availability, the number of consultations and their duration with the hospital.
Assessment overview
The worksheet covers laboratory, liver, kidney, thyroid, metabolic, lung and bone assessments, ECG and ultrasound. It also lists MRI/MRA, low-dose chest CT and sex-specific items. The hospital determines which tests and body regions are appropriate for each person; the VIP label does not itself justify a test.
Accommodation and review
Both worksheets list one night in a private room and family-medicine/specialist report review. Confirm current inclusion, room type, companions, meals, extra nights and review sessions in the written quote and booking.
Clinical selection and travel timing
The listed tests are options for clinical review, not a recommendation that every guest undergo every test. A clinician determines imaging, endoscopy, sedation and other assessments individually. Abnormal findings may need follow-up. Confirm report and retest timing before arranging onward travel and return review in Shenzhen.
Languages and report handover
Confirm Mandarin, Cantonese or English availability for your dates. Agree on original reports, English reports or a physician’s English summary, signatures and delivery dates before booking. Medical interpreting and general accompaniment are priced separately. Each guest needs an individual physician-review appointment.
